All damage and incapacitation rules remain except this: If a damage result gives more than one raise, you go directly to the Incapacitation table and roll vigor using the modifiers from before the current damage roll. This means a raise on damage will grant you a single wound, and any more raises will knock you out of the fight, or grant you an injury. This will make it slightly easier to get knocked out by receiving a big hit, but will also make it harder to kill you overall.
